Without any prior communication, I was dropped from coverage less than a week before my policy was set to expire. Despite my repeated calls and voicemails, I received no updates from Felix, the branch manager, until three days prior to my cancellation. At that point, he assured me he would provide quotes and follow up, but he never reached back out. This left me with only two days to find new car insurance, causing unnecessary stress and risk. I understand that my driving history is a factor, but the lack of communication and support from Felix and the branch is unacceptable.
